Peas
1 lb. small peas
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh Chives
(1 1/2 tsp. dried)
1 tsp. chopped fresh Sweet Marjoram
(1/2 tsp. dried)
dash of white wine, if desired
pinch of Nutmeg
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. sea salt
~ In saucepan, mix together all ingredients.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about a minute.
Serve immediately.
