Cheesy Herb Spread
 
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 cup Herbs (2 Tbsp. dried), chopped
   Choose from Lemon Thyme, Sweet Oregano,
   French Tarragon, Dill, Rosemary, Parsley,
   or a combination of any of these.
1 clove minced Garlic, more if you like it
1/4 tsp. freshly ground Pepper
1/2 tsp. sea salt
~ Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
    Add sour cream and Mustard.
~ Fold in Herbs, Garlic, Pepper and salt.
~ Spread mixture into greased 2 1/2 cup mold, or
    two 8" spring form pans.
~ Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until center is firm.
~ Cool. Unmold onto serving dish.
    Cut each round into 12 pie-shaped wedges.
~ Garnish with fresh Herbs or edible flowers.
~ Serve with crackers or pita pieces.
